EU EYE is governed by its bye-laws, which guide how the Alliance functions and is managed. These are supported by governance policies which, together with the bye-laws, provide a framework for ethical decision-making, responsible leadership, and transparent communication with members and other stakeholders.

Discrimination, harassment, or any form of inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated under any circumstances.
EU EYE commits to advocate at EU and national levels in a way that is honest, ethical, and consistent with our values of transparency, accountability, and moral courage, in order to build trust and credibility with stakeholders.
